Types of Interactions

When you open the interactions tab for the first time or click the "Add New Interactions" tab, you'll see that there are 4 types of interactions (5 if you're on Shopify)

Start from Scratch: choose your own adventure (combine any of the options below)

Add to Cart (Shopify Only): an add to cart button that places products directly in the user's cart

Quiz: ask users questions

Call To Action: drive desired actions with a button

Form: ask users short form questions

Navigating the Interface

Depending on which template you select, your interface might look slightly different from the image below, but this is general what you'll see.

Interface Sections

• Section 1: where you'll add/edit/adjust questions
• Section 2: where you'll edit specific questions
• Section 3: where you'll be able to preview the settings you're applying
