1. Why is This Happening?

At Gander, we constantly monitor how videos are performing. In order to do this, we segment 5% traffic to a control group. The users in this control group do not see a video.

This is done randomly, so there is a good chance that your user id of your mobile device falls in this control group

2. How can I see the video if I belong to a control group?

If you can provide us with your user id, we can add you to the treatment group and you will be able to see the video. Because this is on mobile, you have to pair your phone with your laptop. Please find the instructions to do so HERE.
